Nobel’s technical team is one of the largest and most experienced in the state of Oklahoma.  Nine members of our Tech Team are certified technicians that not only have classroom theory, but have extensive, hands-on, in-field experience with almost all makes and models of telephone equipment,  Three members of our team EACH have over 25 years of experience in the areas of Telephony & Data.  The entire crew has extensive, hands-on experience in all phases of telephone installation & repair, computer software, and hardware and peripheral technology gear.

 

Nobel maintains a large inventory of parts and equipment so we are able to respond to your service needs in a timely manner.  We provide 24 hour-a-day, 365 days-a-year service with an on-call technician, and are available on-demand for our clients in industries requiring around the clock communications.  Our service technicians, in cases of emergency, can respond to your requests within a matter of hours.  Generally most service requests are processed and completed the following business day.

 

As an added benefit, Nobel Systems also offers remote maintenance-service programs.

Pricing

 

At Nobel Systems, Inc, we understand that cost is a major consideration for all prudent businesses these days, so Nobel Has created a novel tiered service pricing structure matched to each customer’s composite technologies…beginning at just $65.00.   Maintenance Agreements are also available on certain equipment and systems once the warranties have expired.

 

Warranty

A 5-year warranty is available on most new equipment purchased and a one-year warranty on labor.  All warranties start upon system installation.  Maintenance Agreements are also available once the warranties have expired. Nobel Systems will support and supply all equipment for minimum of (10) years

 

Moves, additions, and changes to your system will be scheduled in our installation department with in (3) working days.  We ask that you notify us as soon as you are aware that you will need our services, so we may perform these tasks for you in a timely manner.  Our goal for response to your request for a move, add or change is within 72 hours.  Special circumstances are always accommodated.

 

Training

 

Training will be provided to all of the firm’s personnel.  We will also provide additional training for the Administrative Supervisors.  Classes are available if requested prior to the actual “cutover” to the new system, and this training will be done at the time and place as requested by your firm.  Each class will include training on live telephones with all necessary guides and materials.  We will provide the end user programming, telephone, and console manuals.
